The world’s top sports stars gathered for the opening ceremony of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

India beat Pakistan in the men’s 400-meter hurdles to win gold, while Bangladesh will finish with the women’s 400 meters gold in the 100 hurdles.

India’s Jaypee Singh Choudhary won gold in his final event in the 4×100 meters relay, and Choudamptoo won bronze in the 1,500 meters.

The other medalists were Abhishek Singh, Arun Kumar, and Roshan Bedi.

In the women, the winners are Priyanka Agrawal and Rana Aamir, while Arunjeet Singh and Hari Kaur were runner-up in the 400-metre medley.
